Benefits of HP Endurance Mix Bare

  • Proven and reliable high performing diploid enhanced perennial ryegrass mixed with a medium and large leafed white clover.
  • Strong persistence under insect attack.
  • Recommended for high performance systems that are irrigated or have higher rainfall.
  • Suitable for full pasture renovation and under-sowing.
  • Not recommended for animals sensitive to endophyte induced grass staggers such as deer, horses, goats or alpacas.
  • Mix of 20kg Matrix SE perennial ryegrass, 2kg Demand white clover and 3kg Mantra white clover
  • Sowing rate: 25kg/hectare
  • Persistence: 5+ years (subject to climate, insect pest pressure and management)
  • Sowing dates: Autumn and spring

Ryegrass with standard endophyte (SE) can cause ryegrass staggers during the spring and summer seasons.

The plants are protected against the Argentine stem weevil and pasture mealy bug, offer some level of protection against the black beetle, and possess only limited defense against the root aphid and Porina.
