Resupply Winter'24 Trial
If you’ve been selected for our Resupply trial – welcome! Thanks for jumping on board.
In a nutshell, we selected you to check out our innovative digital platform when you next order your soil supplies, such as soil tests, agri-chemicals, seeds and fertiliser. The idea is that you can jump on from anywhere and give it a whirl, without any painful admin.
The Resupply platform has been developed with farmers, for farmers – so naturally we’d like to know what you think once you’ve had a look around.
We know winter is a quieter farming period and a good time for soil tests and seed bed prep. So if you’re keen on better value and ordering soil supplies at the touch of a button, you won’t regret giving Resupply a go.
Resupply is about empowering Kiwi farmers to purchase quality inputs from a single place, in a few simple clicks.
This trial is to showcase our platform to a select group of farming experts like you, and gather your thoughts before we go nationwide. We reckon that first-hand feedback from the ground is going to be the best way to shape the best digital experience possible.
We’re keeping the trial small, and going out to farmers in Amberley and Timaru – areas we know well. If you have farming friends in Amberley or Timaru who might be keen to give Resupply a try, we’d love to include them. Just let us know via the Contact Us form and we’ll be in touch directly.
Of course, there’s no pressure to be involved.

All about Resupply
Resupply is brought to you by the team at Ravensdown Development Limited – Ravensdown’s AgTech innovation subsidiary. But you don’t need to be a Ravensdown Shareholder to use Resupply.
Resupply has been built for all Kiwi farmers who simply want an easy online solution to buy all their soil inputs, including bulk fertiliser.
If you have an active account with Ravensdown, your order will be linked to your Ravensdown account and included in your monthly invoice for your convenience. If you would like the option of paying by credit card, please let us know using the Contact Us form. You can see your Ravensdown customer ID in your profile when you click on the account icon at the top of each page.
At this point, we’re not integrated with maps, agronomy plans, budgets or environmental reports. But we’d love to know if this is important to you – so please include this point in any feedback to us.
We stock products from Ravensdown Group, one of the country’s most trusted names in farming. This means that we’re working with reputable manufacturers and importers with proven formulation, storage and distribution set ups. So when you buy from Resupply, you're getting exactly what's on the label.
In addition, the fertilisers that have the Fertmark tick have been independently audited by QCONZ to make sure that the labelling of ingredients is accurate. An extra guarantee of quality!

Your Orders
Just click on the account icon at the top of each page.
Your order history will show the details of your order and its status.
We’ve tried to make this stuff as easy as possible – but let us know if you found it hard to navigate around.
For fertiliser (bulk or bagged), contact us if you have not received notification within 3 business days that your order is ready at your local store.
For tests, seed and chemicals if you chose to pick your order up from a store, you will get a text when it is ready for pick-up.
No worries - you can change your order. Please Contact Us and we will get you sorted.
The time it takes for your order to arrive can vary based on what you ordered and where it's headed.
That said, we're here to make sure you get what you need, when you need it. So if you need more specific order info, just reach out to our team.
Delivery times – what to expect:
- Tests: Despatched to your delivery address via courier. Standard courier times apply,
approximately 5 days. - Seed: Expected to arrive at your store or delivered to your farm within 7 days.
- Chemical: Expected to arrive at your store ready for pick-up within 3 days. Or delivered to your farm within 5 days.
- Bulk Fertiliser: Expected to be ready for pick-up at your store on the same business day (note store opening hours) or next.
- Bagged Fertiliser: Expected to be ready for pick-up at your store within 48 hours.

Products like bulk fertiliser are charged based on the exact amount you receive. If you add bulk fertiliser to your cart, we will hold the ordered amount and an additional 5% until you pick up your order at your store.
Once the product is despatched, we can calculate the exact amount and process your payment within 1-2 business days.
You should receive an email notification from us that shows the amount charged and confirmation that any additional amount held has been released.
